JEFFREY A. WERT, P.E., P.L.S.
President
With more than 35 years of experience, Jeff is responsible for the management of engineering staff and the financial department in order to achieve client and project objectives for all the jobs at Metz Engineers. Jeff has done virtually every job at Metz Engineers, starting as a summer surveyor, designer, project manager, and from 1994 to present as the President of the firm.
JAMES R. RUDOLPH, P.E., P.L.S.
Jim has more than 40 years of experience during which he has managed and reviewed projects for both private and municipal clients. The first portion of his career was spent designing, managing projects for private, residential developments and developing client relationships. For a number of years, Jim was the President of a 50 person engineering and surveying firm. His recent experience has been as diverse as cell tower design, project design and management of institutional projects and representing municipal clients as Township Engineer. In addition to Pennsylvania, Jim is a Registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Delaware.
MARK R. FLAHERTY
Survey Manager/Project Manager
Mark is responsible for supervision and scheduling of field survey corps and all aspects of the surveying services of Metz Engineers. In addition, he also supervises the document preparation and CAD services from raw field data through the plan submission process. Mark began his surveying career in the U.S. Army in 1978, joined Metz in 1985 and has advanced to his current position.
